Source
Genomic DNA from female human cells was isolated by a standard genomic purification method.  The DNA was enzymatically treated to methylate every CpG site.

Concentration
10 µg in 0.1 ml

Storage
-20°C, avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for 1 year from the date of shipment.  

Quality Assurance
Purified free of contaminating protein and RNA. A260/280 ratio: 1.8

Application
Used as the positive control for methylation-specific PCR, bisulfite sequencing and various DNA methylation analyses.

For maximum recovery of the products, centrifuge the vial prior to opening the cap.
