Protein/DNA Extracts

Fully CpG methylated human genomic DNA, genomic DNA extracted from different tissue types, and other assorted DNA extracts can be used for a variety of epigenetic research purposes including Southern blotting, genomic library construction, as a control template, and as the positive control for methylation-specific PCR, bisulfite sequencing and various DNA methylation analyses.

Protein extracts such as HeLa and Jurkat can be used in Gel Shift and Western Blotting assays. A wide variety of nuclear mouse organ extracts including mouse brain, cerebellum, testis, lung, kidney, ovary, heart, and liver are highly suitable as a Western blotting positive control for use in your epigenetic research.
