EpiQuik™ CRISPR/Cas9 assays are ELISA-based methods for quantifying CRISPR-associated protein 9 (Cas9 and dCas9) from both purified nuclease and whole cell extract samples.

The EpiQuik™ technology allows for rapid and efficient colorimetric detection of Cas9 of either S. pyogenes or S. aureus origin, conveniently eliminating the need for electrophoresis.
