Global RNA Methylation

EpiQuik™ and MethylFlash™ RNA methylation assays are ELISA-based methods for quantifying global levels of m6A and 5-mC from intact RNA.

The technology allows for binding of sample RNA from any species directly to the assay plate wells, conveniently eliminating the need for RNA digestion and plate blocking steps. Assay accuracy and sensitivity are benchmarked against gold-standard HPLC-MS analysis.
