Why are we going digital?
We're reducing our environmental footprint since most of our customers refer to and print in advance the datasheets posted on our product pages. Returning customers also do not need the same datasheet over and over again. Not only does this initiative help to expedite our logistics during order fulfillment, but we can collectively reduce ink and paper waste for a more sustainable Earth.

When does this initiative begin?
Digital datasheets for kits will be rolled out starting July 12, 2021 for the US region only on most kit products, and eventually rolled out for other non-US regions on a staggered basis. Certain kits as well as non-kit products that have very few pages may still be provided in paper format with the product.

What if I cannot find my datasheet?
A QR code insert is provided in the kits if you wish to scan and access by mobile phone. You can alternatively search for the product in our catalog and go to the datasheet tab on the individual product page to download a copy. Please note some products may not publicly list the datasheet due to proprietary reasons or if the product information page already contains the same information as a datasheet. If you are still having issues, please contact us to request a copy by e-mail.
