CRISPR/Cas9 Antibodies

Cas9 proteins are spiked into Hela cell extracts at the different concentrations. The amount of the Cas9 proteins was measured using the EpiQuik™ CRISPR/Cas9 Assay ELISA Kit (Colorimetric).
