Extremely Fast 3-Step Protocol

CUT&LUNCH works by using an antibody-directed cleavage approach to selectively cut and release DNA from the targeted protein-DNA complex, giving a more controlled enrichment process from start to finish. This streamlined procedure is designed to reduce non-specific background while simplifying the workflow, helping produce cleaner target signal and more reliable downstream analysis.

Improved Target Specificity & Speed

CUT&LUNCH was designed to retain the strengths of both traditional ChIP and CUT&RUN while addressing their key limitations through more controlled cleavage and recovery of antibody-bound protein-DNA complexes, supporting faster workflows, improved specificity, and clearer signal interpretation. This also helps address non-specific nuclease cleavage in traditional CUT&RUN, which can increase background and make lower-abundance targets such as transcription factors more difficult to interpret.
