Description Non-Immune Mouse IgG has wide applications in the routine immunocyctochemical detection of mouse monoclonals and can be used with anti-mouse Ig bridging antibody, raised in any appropriate species, such as rabbit, sheep or goat. It can be used in both light and electron microscopes. Dilutions of 1/500 - 1/5000 have produced excellent results using a wide range of primary monoclonal antibodies. The optimum dilution should be deteremined for each primary monoclonal antibody and anti-mouse bridging antibody used.
