Bio-Activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant SARS-COV-2 Envelope at 2ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant SARS-COV-2 Nucleocapsid with a linear range of 1.22-166.1 ng/mL.
Purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin < 0.1 EU/ug of the protein by LAL method.
Formulation Supplied as a 0.22 um filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 250mM NaCl, 0.5%TritonX-100, pH 8.0.
