Description Recombinant ACE2 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln18-Ser740) of human ACE2 (Accession #Q9BYF1) fused with a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
Bio-Activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant 2019-nCoV Spike RBD-6His at 2ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Recombinant Human ACE2-Fc, the EC50 of ACE2-Fc is 4-6 ng/mL.
Purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
