EpigenTek Unveils Full CUT&LUNCH Platform — Accelerating Chromatin Profiling with Precision, Speed & Flexibility

FARMINGDALE, NEW YORK – March 3, 2025 – Building on the success of its protein–DNA interaction technologies, EpigenTek is excited to announce the launch of its complete CUT&LUNCH platform, offering three powerful kits that enable researchers to go from intact cells to sequencing-ready DNA libraries faster and more efficiently than ever before.




EpiNext™ CUT&LUNCH Assay Kit (P-2035)

The foundational component of the CUT&LUNCH suite, this assay kit provides a rapid and high-specificity method for enriching target protein-DNA complexes.

  • 3-step protocol completed in under 2 hours directly from cells—no ConA bead immobilization required.
  • Low-input compatible, requiring as few as 2,000 cells.
  • High specificity, with enzyme-directed cleavage at both ends of protein-bound chromatin regions, resulting in minimal background (~5%).

Target protein/DNA enrichment using the EpiNext™ CUT&LUNCH Assay Kit. Histone/DNA complex was captured by the positive control antibody (H3K4me3) from 200,000 MCF-7 cells. Non-immune IgG was used as the negative control. The enriched DNA was purified and fluorescently quantified by Qubit or analyzed by qPCR with targeting to the GAPDH promoter for enrichment fold comparison.



EpiNext™ CUT&LUNCH Library Preparation Kit (P-1058)

This kit streamlines the conversion of CUT&LUNCH-enriched DNA into sequencing-ready libraries using a fast, single-tube format.

  • Input range: 1–100 ng (optimal 10–50 ng).
  • Complete library prep in <1 hour, including end-polish, adaptor ligation, size selection, and amplification.
  • Ultra-HiFi enzyme minimizes bias while supporting both singleplex and multiplex indexing.

An all-in-one solution that integrates the CUT&LUNCH Assay and Library Prep into a single streamlined workflow—ideal for labs seeking convenience and speed.

  • Delivers high signal-to-noise and ENCODE-comparable data.
