About Our Multiplex Assays
The EpiQuik Histone Modification Multiplex Assay Kits are designed for measuring multiple histone H3 or H4 modifications simultaneously on a single plate. Individual histone H3 or H4 modifications at specific sites are captured by highly specific antibodies coated to the strip wells and then detected with a detection antibody, followed by a color development reagent. Fast: The entire procedure can be finished within 2 hours and 30 minutes
High Sensitivity: Detection limit as low as 0.5 ng/well for each modification pattern and a detection range from 20 ng to 500 ng/well of histone extracts
