We recommend using an alternative version: SMARCA4 Polyclonal Antibody
Background
SNF2β/BRG1 is a member of the SWI/SNF family of proteins and is part of the large ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex SNF/SWI, which is required for transcriptional activation of genes. BRG1 is implicated in targeted gene regulation and is involved in a variety of the critical aspects of cellular growth and genomic stability. SNF2β/BRG1 has also been associated with gene activation by nuclear hormone receptors and BRCA1.
