Order Online (Option 1)
Simply browse through the products
you wish to order and click the corresponding 'BUY' button for
the desired product to make a purchase. The product will
be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue
shopping for additional products, or proceed directly
to checkout. You can check your shopping
cart or proceed to checkout at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart info at the top right corner of any page.
An email confirmation will be provided at the time your
order is completed.
Order By Fax or E-mail (Option 2)
You can also use your own order form and fax to (718) 484-3956, or send a .doc or .pdf attachment to
email@example.com, but you must include the following information:
- Your full name, institution name, phone/fax number, and e-mail
- Product catalog number, product name, quantity, and
- Shipping address
- Payment method and detailed payment information (PO no. or Credit Card no.)
- Billing or Accounts Payable address
- Billing contact person, phone & fax number, and e-mail
It may take 1-2 business days to process the order form for a
Order By Phone (Option 3)
A customer representative will gladly assist you with your purchase. Simply call

US orders may also be requested through Fisher Scientific or VWR, but may be subject to additional fees.
Ordering Individual Components
You can also order an individual component from
a kit by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please mention the component name and the kit name and we
will promptly send you a price quote.
Once the order is received, you will receive a confirmation
email or fax with an estimated shipping date. The payment
is usually billed on a monthly cycle. All payments should
be in U.S. currency. We accept:
- U.S. Checks and Bank Drafts via Purchase Orders Only (net 30 days)
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
- Bank transfers (minimum $500.00)

Epigentek's preferred carrier for domestic shipment is FedEx. Estimated
transportation times are 1-2 business days within the continental
USA, with an additional lead time of approximately 1-2 business days for most products, unless otherwise specified. Epigentek will use best efforts to schedule shipments so they do not deliver on a weekend or major holiday, unless otherwise requested.
International orders may take longer than domestic orders due
to customs clearance procedures.
All products are intended for research use only. They
are not to be used for drug, diagnostic, household, or
other uses. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Epigentek reserves the right to change the specification of any
product or discontinue the offering of any product at
any time without notice.
Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges
All non-technical exchanges, refunds, replacements, and returns must be requested within 7 days upon
receipt of merchandise. All reports of shortages or missing items must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. You must provide the Lot # or Serial #. Epigentek reserves the right to deny any exchange, replacement,
or return request if the reason is deemed unsatisfactory under Epigentek's discretion. Because of individual product requirements for temperature and packaging, not all items qualify for return.
For returns, items must be in undamaged condition. Approval for credit and exchanges are dependent upon quality inspection from the returned item. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required
which may be obtained from Epigentek. To ensure proper credit, please include this RMA# with your returned merchandise.
There is a 25% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking/retesting fee on all returned goods (based on list price) plus any shipping and handling costs. All
temperature-sensitive products shipped with dry
ice or special cooling are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in
incidents due to an error on Epigentek's part.
Orders may be cancelled on the same day if ordered products have not begun manufacturing.
Orders cancelled after 12 hours is subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours unless it has not met a previously agreed upon deadline.
