The nuclear protein JMJD5, also known as Kdm8, is a histone lysine demethylase that contains a JMJC domain in the C-terminal region. It is recognized as a protein that protects the genome against insertions and deletions and is thereby considered to be a potential tumor suppressor.
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against a full-length recombinant JMJD5, clone 1F3.
Protein A purified
JMJD5 (AAH27911, 1 a.a. ~ 417 a.a) full-length recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
In 1x PBS, pH 7.2
Aliquot and store at -20ºC or lower. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles may result in decreased performance.
For maximum recovery of the products, centrifuge the vial prior to opening the cap.
