Fig. 1.  Detection of PARP-10 using PARP10 Monoclonal Antibody [5H11]. Method: HEK293 cells were transfected with a CMV-PARP10 or CMV vector (control). Frackelton extracts were used for Western blotting. The signal was detected using anti-rat-HRP and enhanced chemiluminescence.
