PRDM7 is a member of the PR-domain family of proteins that are known to be involved in cell differentiation and cancer. This amino acid protein contains four C2H2-type zinc fingers and one SET domain. Alternative splicing causes two isoforms to exist, PRDM7A and PRDM7B.
